Please note: The shipping cost to return your item to their store for your exchange is at your own expense. We recommend using a postal service that allows tracking as they are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Our prices include Canadian duties and taxes which pay to your Canadian government – they cannot refund these should you choose to exchange or refund.
CANADIAN ORDERS
For orders with a value over $190 shipping is FREE and send with DHL International Express.
A flat rate of $10 will apply to orders with a value of under $190.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Their team is happy to exchange items for different sizes, prints, or styles/designs as long as the above conditions. But it will again carry shipping costs.
For an exchange or return to process, items must have original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers in place and in the same condition. Items must not worn, have any markings/substances on, or not washed. If your item does not meet these requirements, please note that they will charge a handling fee of $20 per item affected and this will automatically take from any refunds.
REFUNDS
Refunds are given when you return items. Please allow 2-3 days for the payment to process. You will reimburse via the same method you choose to pay.
