1. NORMAL DELIVERY COULD BE EASY!

This is not that much true. Our body is very smart & is able to handle that pain if you have the right attitude towards the labour contractions. Drugs cause unconsciousness and never by pain. Avoid negative discussions regarding labour pain. It’s a natural and universal phenomenon like woman experienced while menstruation & intercourse. Everybody reacts differently while being in those conditions. We shouldn’t take it as a burden over the body but instead, we should prepare our brain to not to be scared and be strong.

2. RIGHT TIME TO PUSH!

Many mothers must have experienced the difficulty of how to push and when to push. Ladies being in labour must not be listening to an unexperienced person around her while being in labour pain. If you begin pushing early while the mouth of the womb is not fully wider, it will hindrance baby. So, always push until the doctor or nurse won’t ask you to do so. Otherwise, the unopened mouth of the womb will lead danger to the baby’s head and can cause swollen.

3. WALK WHILE BEING IN LABOUR!

This is one thing that you should definitely opt to do. You might be asked by the hospital staff to lie down on a stretcher while going towards labour OPD. But be strong ladies! Ask your mind to cooperate with you and try to walk while in labour as gravity hastens the baby’s towards natural birth process and hence, shortens delivery. Less pain is felt when women walk in labour.

4. HOW MUCH A WOMAN NEED TO EAT?

Nature has an inbuilt process in mother’s womb that child growth won’t stop until you’ll stop taking care of your health routine. The child grows in stages and will acquire everything present in your body for its growth. You don’t need to eat extra but healthy for your body. Better is to ask your gynaecologist regarding your diet chart.  If you don’t eat well, you might end up feeling low which is due to iron deficiency in your body.

5. WHAT SITTING POSITION MATTERS?

Fact is sitting crossed leg is the best exercise that you can practise in pregnancy as it will help the pelvic joints to open up when the baby is being born. Your joints must flexible as it will give an easy birth procedure and won’t affect your baby at all.

6. SHOULD A WOMAN EAT OR NOT BEFORE GOING INTO LABOUR?

If you have started labour pain and you are feeling hungry then you should eat light and not heavy which will lead you to feel like vomiting.

7. WHERE IS BABY INSIDE THE WOMB?

The umbilical cord is actually attached to the organ inside womb called as placenta. This organ helps in providing food and nutrition to the baby through the umbilical cord, which on the other end is attached to the mother’s navel.

8. WEIGHT LOSS SHORTCUTS!

The easy way out to curb your fat doesn’t absolutely bind your abdomen and wait to get you fat cut out of your body. Mild exercise and a healthy diet will assure your fat loss, not shortcuts.

9. WHEN BABY WILL BE DELIVERED?

It is not true that your baby will come out only on the estimated date of delivery. It can a week before in most of 50% cases or one week later in 80% per cent cases.
