Please note: they like to ship to you fast, so we recently upgraded to DHL Express for all international orders. As the cost for international ‘standard’ is about the same as international express but it takes much longer.
They don’t offer international standard shipping at this time. We’d prefer to get it to you fast for the same price. As such, all items are shipped express.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will take 24 hours after placing your order on weekdays or the following business day if you placed your order on a weekend.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a credit for any unworn swimwear and clothing, for another size, color, or style when returned within 30 days. Credit notes do not expire and you can use it at any time, for any item. They do not offer refunds — all items are non-refundable.
Must return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Unworn items should return in original packaging – with hygiene liner still attached, BAMBA swim tags, and garment bag.
They do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Return shipping as it the customer’s cost.
Note: They do not accept returns on ‘sale’; or promo code items, as they have already been discounted and are therefore ineligible for returns.
