UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY
Processing takes 1-5 business days, form some purchases 1-7 business days (a week) PROCESSING STARTS ONE DAY AFTER PURCHASE
Shipping takes 2-4 business days, depending on where you are located in the USA, and if you order priority or first class mail. They are closed on Saturdays. They answers emails the next business day (the following monday)
For regular orders processing takes 1-7 business days THEN it is shipped out. PROCESSING STARTS AFTER ONE BUSINESS DAY. Shipping provider is through USPS & UPS for international and domestic orders (whichever one you choose at checkout).
Once your package is shipped it will take 3-4 days to get to you, unless USPS is delayed because of weather, or governmental reasons.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments that are outside of the United States processing and shipping time will take up to 10 through 20 business days depending on where your location. So please be patient.

If you order and put in the wrong address they are not liable. if the package dispatches and reaches back to them they will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again because of a new tracking number/label. REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns must reach us within 7 business days after the exchange authorizes.. If merchandise reaches us after 7 business days original package will be returned back to the customer without exchange. If the duplicated item is not available, the exchange must be for an equal value of the original purchase of the item.
