CANCELLATION POLICY-

DELIVERY TIME

    My 14 year old daughter order some items from you in July 2020
    I have received an invoice from DHL saying she must pay the import duty of £35.08
    I have checked her order she did with you. And we can’t see anywhere on the invoice saying she has to pay.
    Maybe if you are willing to sell over seas then you should make it clear to buyers you are not willing to pay the import duty.
    I think it would b a good gesture towards my daughter if you could pay this, as she is very upset and with the financial year we’ve had we can’t afford anymore debts.
