You can track your order with the tracking information in your shipment notification email. International orders typically arrive between 3 to 7 working days. For Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and this subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it leaves, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing hello@setactive.co.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re not happy with your SET, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving your delivery. After 14 days, you can exchange your item for a different size. They are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days.
All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. Once they receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for their team to process it.
