DOMESTIC
For US orders please allow 10-15 Business days to process your order, depending on the volume of orders at that time.
USPS Priority Shipping 1-3 Business days for delivery. USPS Priority Express 1-2 Business Days. (Processing times are 10-15 Business days for Priority Shipping. An extra 7 Business days for Customized orders)
UPS Ground 1-5 Business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
Postal Services have been experiencing longer delays than usual. Keep in mind these are normal delivery times.
Please allow 10-15 business days to process depending on the volume of orders at that time.
FedEx International Ground shipping takes 2-7 business days for delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel the order please CONTACT them within 72 hours of order placement. This does not guarantee a cancellation. If the order is not in a pre-shipment status, they will gladly cancel the order and issue a refund.
Please note If the order is in pre-shipment status or in transit they can not cancel the order.
RETURNS
They will do an exchange for the same price value within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not sent back to them within 30 days they will cancel the return process.
The Customer Support Team will issue a return shipping label. You must use this label to return items. If you do not use the label, Dalmata is not responsible for return items.
They do not accept returns/exchanges with Personalized items. This includes Customized Requests and Engraved Items.
They do not accept returns/exchanges at this time for International orders.
Also, they do not accept returns/exchanges for the At Home Piercing Kit.
EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your item and would like a different item please inquire on their “Contact Us” page and they will resolve that for you. They accept exchanges only within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are a one time offer for non-personalized items.
The new item would need to be the same price value as the original item.
Along with this, they will email a return shipping label to return the item. You must return it to us in the original condition. Please keep proof of purchase.
Once they receive the returned item and inspect it, the Customer Support Team will contact you in regards to the next step. If the item is in good condition they will surely send the new one.
