Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see one in your inbox, let them know and they can resend it to you! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders ship within 2-14 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local customs office.
If your package is lost please contact your local customs office or reach USPS via phone @ 1-800-222-1811. They provide customs with every package.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, they offer no refunds or exchanges. They ONLY accept returns for store credit. If you like to exchange an item, just request a return and once you receive the store credit, you can repurchase the item in the correct size or color.
Return requests are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must in brand new condition, unworn, odorless, in original packaging with tags intact.
If your order is still eligible for return after reading the details above, please follow the directions to continue with the return.
