TALENTLESS aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Many items ship the same or next day, however, due to huge influxes of orders they often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. They appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.
Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the within 1-2 days, however, at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS
Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. With the exception of items marked FINAL sales such as sale items and brown bag items. All sale items are marked as final sale. They can accommodate size exchanges on these items, but they are not able to process any refunds.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange, so long as the new item is in stock and the original items being exchanged are unworn, unaltered and in new condition (no smells, stains, makeup, bodily fluids, etc) with all tags attached. Customers will need to ship the exchange back to us to process any exchanges. Once we receive the product, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer.
