RETURN POLICY
They offer free returns on all US and UK Orders. Returns from the rest of the world are at the expense of the customer only. After you download and print your label, just paste it on your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

EXCHANGE POLICY
They are not able to offer exchanges. They only offer refunds for your items you return back to the original form of payment. If you wish to receive the same item in another size or color, you will need to place a new order.
Items from Adika are eligible only for a full refund, as long as they get your item back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the refund amount does not include the cost of shipping, duties, or taxes.
The item you return must unworn and only in original condition with all original tags intact. Do not remove sanitary slips from lingerie or swimwear.
Once your item arrives at their facility, please allow 5-8 business days for your return to process and refund to issue. Depending on your bank, refunds can take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
